Our Design Process
We turn real challenges into meaningful, practical solutions through a human-centered, iterative design process rooted in community collaboration. We begin by listening closely to lived experiences and unmet needs, then co-create ideas and concepts with users, makers, engineers, and local partners. Through rapid prototyping, testing, and refinement, we ensure each solution is affordable, usable, and grounded in real-world contexts designed not just to work, but to last and create lasting impact.

From Needs to Solutions: Our Design Process
Challenge Identification
We start by listening to "Need Knowers" — individuals who experience the challenge first-hand, ensuring that every idea responds to a real human need.
Concept Development
Our diverse teams, engineers, healthcare professionals, and community members brainstorm solutions through co-design sessions and rapid ideation.
Working Model
We build early prototypes and test them directly with users, collecting feedback to enhance usability and efficiency.
Prototype Development
Using 3D printing, CNC machining, and smart design tools, we develop refined, durable prototypes adapted to user feedback.
Final Product & Distribution
Once validated, the final assistive device is produced locally and distributed through rehabilitation centers, schools, and partner organizations while participants gain hands-on technical experience that strengthens employability.
